TP2 – Overcoming Immunosenescence with Particulate Vaccine Carrier

TP2 will utilize patient samples from donors in Saxony-Anhalt (ST) to functionally characterize the level of immunosenescence with increasing age, focusing on antigen-presenting cells and T-cells. The aim is to demonstrate how integrating antigens (vaccines) and adjuvants into microparticulate carriers can activate these immune cells.
